• During special periods and dates, such as Spring, Automn, and New Year's Eve, tour prices will undergo a 72% increase —For instance, the cost of a 3-hour food tour will change from 28,000 yen to 48,000 yen— This adjustment is attributed to elevated demand and operational challenges on special days and evenings, resulting in higher costs.

• We add ¥4,000 (~€25 or ~$30) for each additional person, starting with the fourth, including children.

• Require additional hours during your private tour? We charge 5000 yen for every extra hour for groups of three individuals or less. For groups exceeding three individuals, the additional charge adjusts to an extra 2000 yen per person.

• We strongly encourage and provide an incentive for full payment before the tour. If you prefer to pay the full amount in advance via Paypal, you will receive a small gift (Omiyage) to each person on the tour as an incentive for completing the booking.

• The pricing provided exclusively covers the tour guiding expenses and does not encompass other costs such as meals, transportation, or entrance tickets.

• The tour guide covers their own expenses.

• Choosing a private car is a convenient option we offer to travelers (perhaps seeking a more compact exploration between Kyoto, Osaka, and/or Nara or other cities in a single day). This upgraded experience is available for an additional fee that ranges between 65,000 yen (4 adults or less) and 100,000 yen depending on the number of people, hours serviced, and distance covered. You will be accompanied by a dedicated driver in addition to your tour guide. In some cases, the guide will act as a driver themselves.

• Fuji tours command a higher price compared to standard tours, primarily due to the presence of skilled guides based in Tokyo. These qualified guides invest additional resources, including increased expenses, time, and effort, to cater to customers seeking the unique experience of exploring Mount Fuji. A tour around Fuji costs 60,000 yen for an approximate 10-hour service.

• Food tours are priced based on demand. The standard cost for a 3-hour food tour is 28,000 yen (excluding the customer's meal expenses).

• We offer photography services as an additional asset for your private tour, should you desire. Here are chosen photography samples showcasing our work from previous tours. The cost is an extra 28,000 yen for 100 edited photographs.

• The usual pickup point is the hotel lobby, with the drop-off occurring at the final destination. However, in cases where the tour spans a different city than the initial starting point (for instance, if the hotel is in Osaka but the tour is in Nara or Kyoto), customers have the option to request a meeting point in the other city, since in such instances, the commute time is factored into the overall tour time.

• Booking Security: To confirm your reservation, we request a deposit of 10,000 yen for each tour, with potential variations on the required deposit for specific circumstances such as the reservation of vehicles or other assets. This deposit signifies a commitment from our valued customers, as our guides conscientiously set aside their availability for your selected dates. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, our guides may face difficulties in securing alternative bookings for the reserved time. This underscores the significance of a committed and timely reservation process for the smooth operation of our services.

• Early-Bird Advantage: People who prepay fully for their tours get a souvenir each on every tour as an incentive.

• With agencies, we are open to creating discounts on prices based on the strength of our collaboration.

For a big Group of 20+ people (4,6,or 8 hour tour)

For substantial groups comprising more than 19 individuals, a 10% discount is extended.

As an illustration, for a 6-hour private tour involving 20 participants, the revised price is 86,400 yen (~€545 or ~$590), reduced from the original 96,000 yen (~€605 or ~$655).

The pricing provided exclusively covers the tour guiding expenses and does not encompass other costs such as meals, transportation, or entrance tickets. The tour guide pays for his own.
